How can I pay for my orders?

You may pay with a debit or credit card. Your card will be charged within 3-5 business days of shipping your product. You may also order by phone Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm CST. Our phone number is (708) 477-6720.

Can I pay with a money order?

You may also send a money order to the following address along with a filled out Offline Order Form.

Please make the money order payable to Amia for the total amount of products purchased plus an additional $10 for shipping. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment clears, which can take between 3-4 weeks.

Do you store credit card information on file?

For security, we do not store your credit card information on file. If you make an exchange for a more expensive item, we will contact you to retrieve payment (the difference).


How do I place an order online?

Ordering on Amia is quick and easy.

1) To add an item to your Cart, simply click on "Add to cart” from the product page.

2) To view the items in your Cart click on the My Cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.

3) To remove an item from your Cart, click the remove button located to the right of the product in your cart. Your Cart will automatically recalculate your total.

4) You can change the quantity of an item in your Cart, change the number in the Quantity box next to the product you want to update. Once this has been completed, click the Update Shopping Cart button to recalculate the total of your Cart.

5) Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase.

I am having problems with checkout. What can I do?

I received a confirmation email. What is it?

This is a confirmation of your order – think of it like a receipt. It confirms that your order was successfully submitted. The email includes the details of your purchase, including your order number, the products you purchased, order tracking numbers, etc. Hold onto this email for your records.

How do packages appear when shipped?

We respect your privacy and send all packages discreetly in plain packaging. There are no stickers or promotional slogans on the packaging other than those of the post carrier or delivery company.

I would like to cancel my order. What can I do?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service at 708-477-6720, M-F from 9am to 5:30pm CST. If customer service is not available send an email requesting an order cancellation to Your order will be considered canceled once you receive confirmation from Amia. If your order has already been shipped and you would like to cancel your order, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund credit amount.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by reviewing the order on your account.

My order has shipped but I can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please call us at (708) 477-6720 M-F, from 9am to 5:30pm CST. Amia packages typically arrive between two to seven business days. For expedited shipping, an order must be placed before 3pm CST and it will be shipped the same day. If you place your order after that time, the package will be shipped early the following day.

How do I return/exchange an item?

For a free exchange, email us at to request a shipping label – be sure to include your order number, first and last name, and the reason you are requesting a return. Simply follow the instructions on the label and your exchange will be returned via free standard shipping. If you wish to receive a refund, a fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the amount of money returned. Note, we must receive your original item within 30 days of the date you received it. How soon will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). 

I ordered on a weekend and/or holiday. When will my order be processed?

Orders placed on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following business day. 

What if I ordered with expedited shipping?

If you have purchased overnight or 2-day shipping and placed your order before 3pm CST, it will be shipped the same business day. If the order was placed after 3pm CST or on a weekend/holiday, it will be processed the next business day. 


How long does it take to receive my order?

If your order is in stock, it usually takes between 2 and 7 business days depending on your proximity to Chicago.

For UPS Ground shipping, please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your order. We will ship the order the same day if we receive it on a business day before 3pm CST. You can get a more accurate shipping time by entering the 60139 zip code into the UPS ground map: click here for map.

If you ordered next day or second day delivery, your item will arrive either the next business day or the second business day after shipment. Please note that if you ordered after 3pm CST, your order will not be shipped until the next business day.

How can I find out where my package is?

Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. My package is showing as delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

If your tracking information says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

How do I choose the best shapewear or cincher for me?

There are a few steps to figuring out which type of shapewear or cincher is best for your shape:

1. How do you want to use the shapewear or product (everyday wear, for a dress up occasion, working out)? The first step to flattering your figure is know how long you'll be wearing the product and with what clothes.

2. Look at pictures of the garment to see which items would fit discreetly under your outfit.

3. Read the product descriptions and match them to the results you’d like to achieve: reduced waistline, raised bustline, slimmer hips.

4. Order the product that best fits your needs.

I just had a baby. How long should I wait until I use your products?

Congratulations! You can typically wear a cincher as soon as one week after giving birth. If you had a c-section, it is often advisable to wait two weeks. Every body is different, so please consult a doctor for a professional opinion.


How do I know which size to buy?

Knowing your size is essential when purchasing a shapewear product from Amia. Because of the unique slimming effect of our products, selecting a size too small won't shape your body more – instead, it will cause bulges and discomfort. Use the Size Chart on each of the product pages to make sure you always find the perfect fit! What size should I select if I plan on losing weight?

Our shapewear will mold to your body, so we recommend selecting a shaper based on your current size. Remember that our shapewear can make you look up to 2 dress sizes smaller instantly, depending on the compression level – but it shouldn't cause discomfort. Reference to the Size Chart on each of the product pages to ensure the perfect fit. We recommend you go up a size if you experience numbness in the legs, shortness of break, sharp stomach pains or pinching,

I'm in between sizes. What should I do?

We understand – not all bodies are the same! If you're outside the lines, don't worry. Here are some simple tips to help you select the right shapewear:
